We had such a fantastic evening at the Hilton Waikoloa Village luau on the Big Island. With Karen, Leroy, and Joyce along for the fun, we dove right into a night of incredible food, beautiful hula dancing, and jaw-dropping fire performances. It was a perfect little taste of Hawaiian culture that we got to share together.
This journey truly offered two incredible adventures in a single trip. First, we made a stop in Portland, Oregon, where we had the pleasure of visiting the Evans Family.
For me, a trip to Portland wouldn’t be complete without indulging in the famous chicken and waffles at the Screen Door.
After that, we hopped on a flight to Kona, the Big Island, to soak up the sun and enjoy some fun times with the Garcia Family. Life is good!
